BLOGGERS BEWARE!!!

Liskula Cohen, a Vogue cover model, won an interesting case against a woman by the name of Rosemary Port, that created an anonymous blogspot titled Skanks in NYC. A judge ruled that Cohen was entitled to know the identity of the blogger, that called her all types of names like "psychotic, lying, whoring...skank" (white people) and the blog included several pictures. All of this because she "heard" she talked shit about her to her boyfriend....WTF?? She sued Google/Blogger, the company that brings you this blog, because it did not list the real name of the blogger on her profile and for the defamation of her character. Bloggers beware....your speech is limited! Gone are the days, that you can use your blog to rant and rave about whats going on in your life...people are actually taking this shit serious! Now this chick is about to get millions because she felt some type of way about her talking to her man...this shit is crazy!!

I think this is an outrage. There has always been a huge rift in our country that's caused by our "rights" as Americans to say what we feel as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others. Unfortunately, as in this case, the infringement doesn't have to be actual anymore. Just when i thought the justice system couldn't get anymore bloated and useless...I'm moving to Amsterdam.
